Purpose: Ursus is the combination of Ursus Industries and Ursae Majoris, two sub-guilds that work towards the same ultimate goal. Ursus Industries will be the economic powerhouse on SunCrusher, with Ursae Majoris protecting and enforcing the goals they seek to reach. Our industrial plan is to build up to a Metropolis on Corellia directly outside Coronet, and to create multiple outposts for commerce throughout the galaxy. We have the goal of being the main competitor in the markets for Resources (Inorganic and Organic), Armor, and Weapons. Ursae Majoris will enforce the martial law of Ursus along with the protection of all Ursus members.

Guild Structure: The guild was founded on October 14th, 2008 by a small group consisting of DanVR, Ferren, Jer, learningdisease, Nathan7056, Relentless, Ter, and Wiggles. Recently, the founders felt that officers should be elected to assist with administration and guild organization once the game goes live. It was decided that Deygon, Ekaika, Kasea, Phant, and Z would be best to fill this position. Together, the members of these two groups will make up the council. Any significant decisions or suggestions that arise will be put to a vote within and ultimately determined by this council, after hearing any necessary feedback from the guild.
